Consumer Guidelines

• Clean the tank thoroughly before the supply starts. It is suggested that the overhead tank must be cleaned at regular intervals to avoid the deposition of the solid particles.
• Always ensure that the outlet pipe in the overhead tank is at least 6″ above the ground level of the tank. To avoid the flow of waste and other solid particles into the pipeline.
•  Clean fittings regularly with normal soap or chalk powder to remove stains/ scaling. Do not use strong detergent as this may cause damage to the chromium finish provided in all the products.
• Do not use harsh cleaning agents containing abrasives and acids, instead use a sponge or wet cloth with soapy water/ diluted vinegar to protect the color coated finish.
• To protect the fine finish of the fittings from dirt, stains and other damages, cover them with cloth/poly pack after their installation till they come in actual use.
• Please buy the products from the company’s authorized dealers only to ensure genuine quality material.
• Insist on genuine spares from the company’s authorized dealers in case of any repair or replacement.
• Look for the seal on NMP products.
